Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Import & Export - Other. You will be involved in various aspects of import and export documentation and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and processing import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping bills.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for smooth clearance and transportation of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of import and export transactions.
- Track shipments and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant import and export regulations.
- Support the import/export team in daily operational tasks.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external agencies.
