We are seeking a motivated Incident Management professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic IT team in Guwahati. As an Incident Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and availability of our critical IT systems and services, particularly within the fast-paced EdTech environment. This role requires a strong technical foundation and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to IT incidents, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing business impact.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across various platforms and applications.
Document incident details, actions taken, and resolutions in the incident management system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Operations, Support) to troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of incident management processes and procedures.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support as needed.
Analyze incident trends to identify root causes and propose preventative measures.
