Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Incident Management professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a proven ability to manage and resolve critical incidents within the electronics manufacturing environment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and services. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage IT infrastructure and manufacturing systems for critical incidents.
- Lead incident response activities, including identification, logging, categorization, prioritization, diagnosis, and resolution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT operations, manufacturing floor, engineering) to ensure timely incident resolution.
- Document incident details, resolution steps, and root causes accurately.
- Develop and maintain incident management procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in incident review meetings to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for incident resolution.
- Contribute to problem management activities by identifying recurring incidents and their underlying causes.
- Communicate incident status and impact effectively to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in incident and problem management.
