Incident Management Specialist - Petrochemical / Plastics / Rubber Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking an Incident Management Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and a strong understanding of incident management processes within the petrochemical or plastics industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the swift and effective resolution of incidents, minimizing business impact, and driving continuous improvement in incident response.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage IT and operational incidents across critical petrochemical and plastics manufacturing systems.
- Lead incident response activities, including incident identification, logging, categorization, prioritization, and diagnosis.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, IT, Maintenance) to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
- Document incident details, resolution steps, and root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
- Develop and maintain incident management procedures and documentation.
- Participate in post-incident reviews to identify lessons learned and implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to the development and execution of incident management training programs.
- Ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs) for incident resolution.
- Utilize monitoring tools and dashboards to proactively identify potential issues.
