Industrial Designer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and innovative Industrial Designer with 2-5 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our dynamic product development team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and commercially viable products, with a focus on our television and audio-visual product lines. You will play a crucial role in translating market insights and user needs into compelling product designs that enhance brand perception and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ideate and develop innovative product concepts from initial sketches to detailed 3D models and prototypes, focusing on consumer electronics like TVs and audio systems.
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify design opportunities and user pain points.
- Create high-fidelity 3D renderings and visualizations to effectively communicate design intent to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop detailed design specifications, including form, function, materials, finishes, and color palettes.
- Oversee and participate in prototype development and user testing, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and manufacturing processes relevant to the consumer electronics industry.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design language and brand consistency across product portfolios.
- Prepare and present design proposals and final design solutions to management and product teams.
