Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and innovative Industrial Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing physical products and spaces that enhance the user experience within our real estate projects. You will translate market insights and user needs into tangible design solutions, contributing to the aesthetic appeal and functional efficiency of our developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative design concepts for residential and commercial spaces, amenities, and associated products.
- Create detailed 3D models, renderings, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and market analysis to identify design opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
- Select materials, finishes, and furniture, considering aesthetics, functionality, cost, and sustainability.
- Prepare design documentation for manufacturing and construction.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in the real estate and product design industries.
