Industrial Designer

Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and innovative Industrial Designer to join our team. The Industrial Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing user-centric solutions for our products and services within the BPO and customer experience domain. This role requires a blend of aesthetic sensibility, functional understanding, and a deep empathy for user needs to enhance our operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements and user insights into innovative design concepts for physical and digital touchpoints within the BPO environment.
• Develop 2D sketches, 3D models, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, UX/UI designers, and operations specialists, to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
• Create detailed design specifications and documentation for manufacturing and development.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in industrial design and customer experience.
• Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides.
