Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and design manufacturing, service, and information processes.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collect and analyze data on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Design and implement lean manufacturing/service principles.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, technology, marketing) to implement solutions.
• Utilize statistical analysis and modeling to predict and optimize outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
