Industrial Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, reducing waste, and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities. This role is critical in driving operational excellence and supporting our growth in the Defence & Aerospace sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement new production layouts and workflows to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production activities.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize resource utilization.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality control teams to resolve operational issues.
- Utilize data analysis and statistical methods to monitor performance and identify trends.
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet demand and minimize lead times.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and equipment to improve manufacturing capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
