Industrial Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Industrial Engineer to join our team. The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and reducing costs across our manufacturing and operational facilities in India. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing manufacturing and operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement new processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to track key operational indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, supply chain) to implement solutions.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed process changes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Train and mentor operational staff on new processes and best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.
