Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer with 3-4 years of relevant experience to join our operations team at our Lucknow facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving production efficiency, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring quality standards are met. This role does not require a postgraduate degree, focusing instead on practical application of industrial engineering principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.
- Design and optimize plant layouts and workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Utilize statistical methods and data analysis to monitor performance and drive data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and management teams to implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles.
