Industrial Engineer (MCA Required) - Delhi (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated Industrial Engineer with 1-3 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our dynamic team at Paytm in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our operational processes within the FinTech and Payments domain. You will play a crucial role in identifying inefficiencies, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring smooth workflow to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing operational processes, workflows, and systems within the payments and financial services sector.

Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in process design and execution.

Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.

Utilize quantitative methods and tools (e.g., process mapping, simulation, statistical analysis) to model and evaluate potential improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, product, operations) to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of proposed changes.

Design and document new processes, procedures, and standards.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments.

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
