Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and innovative Industrial Engineer with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team in Indore. This role will focus on optimizing operational processes, improving efficiency, and driving cost-effectiveness within our BFSI operations. You will leverage advanced analytical techniques and process improvement methodologies to identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and contribute to the strategic goals of the bank. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent PhD graduate looking to apply their research skills in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing operational processes within the BFSI sector to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement data-driven solutions using statistical modeling, simulation, and other advanced analytical tools.
Design and optimize workflows, process layouts, and resource allocation to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
Apply lean and Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to implement process changes.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions, providing insights and recommendations for further optimization.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in industrial engineering and the BFSI sector.
