Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Industrial Relations professional with a B.Des degree and 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Chandigarh. This role will focus on fostering positive employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to a harmonious work environment within our manufacturing and corporate operations. Your design thinking and user-centric approach will be valuable in developing innovative solutions for employee engagement and workplace management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement industrial relations strategies that align with company objectives and labor laws.
- Mediate employee grievances and disputes, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR, legal, and operational teams to manage employee contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives, leveraging your B.Des background to create impactful and user-friendly experiences.
- Analyze workplace data and identify trends to proactively address potential issues and improve employee relations.
- Support the negotiation and implementation of collective bargaining agreements, if applicable.
- Provide training and guidance to management and employees on industrial relations best practices.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and productive organizational culture through creative problem-solving and innovative approaches.
