This role is ideal for an individual with 3-4 years of experience in managing employee relations, labor laws, and compliance within the manufacturing sector. The primary focus will be on fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring adherence to all statutory regulations, and supporting smooth industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures related to industrial relations.
- Support the resolution of employee grievances and disputes through effective communication and negotiation.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, factory acts, and other relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of employee relations activities, disciplinary actions, and settlements.
- Participate in collective bargaining processes and union negotiations as required.
- Conduct employee awareness programs on labor laws and company policies.
- Liaise with government labor departments and external agencies.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, healthy, and harmonious industrial environment.
- Assist in organizing employee welfare activities and ensuring their effective implementation.
