Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Relations professional with a strong academic background to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in managing employee relations, labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment within the metals and mining industry. This role is crucial for ensuring harmonious industrial relations and compliance with all applicable labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise management on all aspects of labor laws, industrial disputes, and employee welfare regulations applicable in India.
Participate in negotiations with trade unions and represent the company in conciliation and adjudication proceedings.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures related to industrial relations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Conduct employee grievance redressal and ensure fair and timely resolution of disputes.
Organize and oversee employee engagement programs and initiatives to promote a positive industrial climate.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to industrial relations matters.
Stay updated with changes in labor laws and industry best practices.
