Industrial Relations Specialist

Horizon Telecom is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role will be responsible for managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and promoting a positive and productive work environment. You will work closely with management and employees to address grievances, resolve disputes, and implement strategies that support fair and equitable labor practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise management on industrial relations matters and best practices.
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disputes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures related to industrial relations.
- Facilitate communication and negotiation between management and employee representatives.
- Conduct training for managers and employees on industrial relations topics.
