We are seeking a diligent and analytical Infectiologist with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management within the electrical equipment industry. This role is crucial for ensuring our operations adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental standards, while also managing potential infectious disease risks within the workplace and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement infectious disease control policies and procedures relevant to the electrical equipment manufacturing environment.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential health hazards and infectious disease vectors within the facility and operational areas.
- Advise management on legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to workplace health and safety, with a specific focus on infectious disease prevention and control, leveraging LLB knowledge.
- Collaborate with HR and Occupational Health departments to manage employee health concerns and facilitate return-to-work protocols post-illness.
- Oversee hygiene and sanitation protocols across all company facilities.
- Monitor public health advisories and adapt company policies accordingly.
- Investigate any reported outbreaks or significant health incidents within the workplace and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian labor laws and environmental regulations, particularly those impacting public health.
- Liaise with external health authorities and experts as needed.
