Role Summary: HDFC Bank is seeking a dedicated and experienced Informatics Practices Teacher to join our educational initiatives aimed at fostering digital literacy and technical skills within our employee development programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging curriculum on informatics practices, ensuring participants gain a strong foundational understanding of computer science principles and their application in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans and training materials on Informatics Practices, covering topics such as programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, database management, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Assess participant progress through assignments, quizzes, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in informatics and banking, integrating them into the curriculum.
- Create a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with HR and relevant departments to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, performance, and feedback.
