Infrastructure Architect

Role Summary:
Shadowfax Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure. You will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, security, and availability of our logistics platform, supporting our rapid growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/GCP).
- Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Define and enforce infrastructure security best practices, including network security, access control, and data protection.
- Architect and manage containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Oversee monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize application deployment and performance.
- Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance our infrastructure capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior infrastructure engineers.
