Infrastructure Architect

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Architect to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust and scalable IT infrastructure solutions that support our growing import and export operations. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, on-premises infrastructure, network design, and security best practices to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive IT infrastructure strategies, including cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises solutions.
- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, diagrams, and documentation for all infrastructure components.
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage, networking devices, and operating systems.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the IT infrastructure through the implementation of appropriate security measures and policies.
- Design and manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve infrastructure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT operations team.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
