Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Infrastructure Architect with 2-3 years of experience to join our IT team at Divi's Laboratories in Thane. This role is crucial for designing, implementing, and managing our robust IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability for our pharmaceutical operations. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and a foundational understanding of enterprise-level IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable, secure, and highly available IT infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, networking, cloud).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical infrastructure designs.
Oversee the implementation and deployment of new infrastructure components and systems.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure architecture, configurations, and procedures.
Identify and address potential infrastructure bottlenecks and performance issues.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to data security and IT governance.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
