Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Instructional Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. This role is ideal for individuals with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences. You will be responsible for designing and developing learning content for various internal and external training programs, leveraging your understanding of adult learning principles and e-learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging instructional materials, including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and assessments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and synthesize information for course development.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning solutions.
- Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to build interactive and multimedia-rich e-learning courses.
- Ensure learning content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning.
