Instructional Designer (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated Instructional Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for developing engaging and effective learning materials for our employees, focusing on technical training for the industrial equipment and machinery sector. Your role will involve translating complex technical information into clear, concise, and accessible learning content. This position is ideal for an MCA graduate looking to leverage their technical and design skills in a corporate training environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop e-learning modules, training manuals, job aids, and other learning materials using various authoring tools.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and analyze training needs and content.

Create storyboards, scripts, and visual designs for instructional content.

Incorporate adult learning principles and instructional design theories into all learning solutions.

Ensure learning materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business objectives.

Facilitate pilot programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement of training materials.

Assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness and make recommendations for enhancements.
