Instructional Designer

Role Summary:
HDFC Life Insurance is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging and effective learning solutions for our employees and distribution partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of learning content, from needs analysis to evaluation. This role is crucial in enhancing the knowledge and skills of our workforce, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives within the Indian insurance landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs and performance gaps.
- Design and develop engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, and assessments using various authoring tools.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective and learner-centric training programs.
- Ensure all learning content is aligned with HDFC Life's brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
- Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions and make data-driven improvements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning.
- Facilitate training sessions (virtual or in-person) as needed.
- Maintain a repository of learning resources and ensure their accuracy and relevance.
