Instructional Designer

We are seeking a creative and experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for developing engaging and effective learning materials for our diverse student population. This role requires a blend of pedagogical knowledge, technical proficiency, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, training modules, and other learning materials using various authoring tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning experiences.
• Develop assessments, quizzes, and other evaluation methods to measure learning effectiveness.
• Create multimedia elements, including graphics, videos, and interactive simulations, to enhance learning.
• Ensure all learning materials are aligned with curriculum objectives and company standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning.
