Instructional Designer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective learning experiences for our employees, focusing on onboarding, skill development, and process training within the fast-paced events and live entertainment industry. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, concise, and impactful learning materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze learning needs and design curriculum for various employee groups.
• Develop engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, and assessments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning solutions.
• Incorporate multimedia elements and interactive features to enhance learner engagement.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
