This role is crucial in developing and implementing effective learning materials for our diverse workforce, leveraging your unique background in B.Pharma to understand and communicate complex scientific and technical information. You will play a key part in enhancing our training programs within the Printing & Publishing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze learning needs and design comprehensive training programs and materials, ensuring scientific accuracy and clarity.

Develop engaging instructional content, including e-learning modules, manuals, presentations, and job aids, with a focus on pharmaceutical and technical processes relevant to printing.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) from various departments, including R&D, production, and quality control, to gather information and ensure content accuracy.

Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective and measurable learning experiences.

Apply your B.Pharma knowledge to interpret and translate technical documentation, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines into accessible training content.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary revisions.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning.
