Instructional Designer role in Analytics / KPO / Research (1-2 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated Instructional Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a BCA degree and a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences within the Analytics/KPO/Research domain. This role is crucial in developing and delivering high-quality training materials that support our employees' growth and enhance our service delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs and performance gaps.

Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, and other learning resources using various authoring tools.

Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective and efficient learning solutions.

Create assessments, quizzes, and job aids to reinforce learning and measure comprehension.

Ensure all training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business objectives.

Support the implementation and rollout of training programs.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of instructional design processes and standards.
