Instrumentation Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Instrumentation Engineer with a B.Pharma background to join our dynamic team in Indore. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal performance and calibration of instrumentation systems within our automotive manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will leverage their unique educational foundation to understand and implement precise control and measurement systems, contributing to product quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of industrial instrumentation, including sensors, transmitters, controllers, and analytical instruments.

Develop and implement calibration procedures and standards to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurement systems.

Utilize knowledge from B.Pharma to understand and apply principles of analytical chemistry and process control relevant to manufacturing quality assurance.

Perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and maintenance, to address instrumentation-related issues.

Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for instrumentation systems.

Participate in the design, installation, and commissioning of new instrumentation systems.

Maintain accurate records of calibration, maintenance, and repair activities.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards in all instrumentation activities.
