Job Description
Role Summary: The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for educating and guiding Pratham's beneficiaries, staff, and partners about various insurance products and schemes relevant to their needs. This role involves understanding individual and group requirements and recommending suitable insurance solutions to ensure financial security and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess the insurance needs of beneficiaries, staff, and their families.
Educate clients on different types of insurance policies (life, health, accident, property, etc.) and their benefits.
Explain policy terms, conditions, premiums, and claim procedures clearly.
Assist clients in filling out application forms and completing documentation.
Provide post-sales support and service, including claim assistance.
Stay updated on new insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for insurance outreach.
