Job Description
Role Summary: As an Insurance Advisor at Infosys, you will be responsible for understanding the insurance needs of our employees and their families, providing expert advice, and facilitating the enrollment and management of various insurance policies. You will act as a key point of contact for all insurance-related queries and support, ensuring our workforce is adequately protected.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess the insurance requirements of employees across different life stages and financial situations.
• Educate employees on various insurance products (life, health, general insurance) and their benefits.
• Guide employees through the policy selection, application, and onboarding process.
• Address employee queries and concerns regarding existing policies, claims, and renewals.
• Liaise with insurance providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth claims processing.
• Maintain accurate records of employee insurance details and interactions.
• Stay updated on new insurance products, regulations, and market trends.
• Conduct awareness sessions and workshops on insurance planning.
