Insurance Agent / Advisor

Role Summary:
As an Insurance Agent/Advisor for Havells India Ltd., you will be responsible for understanding the insurance needs of our employees and their families, and providing them with suitable insurance solutions. This role involves promoting and selling a range of insurance products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and building long-term relationships with clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding individuals through the complexities of insurance and helping them secure their financial future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the insurance requirements of employees and their families.
