Insurance Agent / Advisor at Lotus Herbals (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Insurance Agent/Advisor with a B.Pharma background and 3-4 years of relevant experience to join our corporate team in Bhubaneshwar. This role will be instrumental in managing and developing our employee benefits and group insurance portfolios, ensuring comprehensive coverage and tailored solutions for our workforce. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of health and wellness, gained from their pharmaceutical education, to effectively advise on and administer insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the insurance needs of corporate employees and develop customized insurance plans.
- Advise employees on various insurance products, including health, life, and disability insurance, with a focus on understanding pharmaceutical benefits and drug coverage.
- Facilitate the enrollment process, policy issuance, and claims management for group insurance schemes.
- Conduct regular reviews of existing policies to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the employees and the company.
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance providers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide clear and concise communication regarding policy terms, conditions, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and company policies.
- Leverage B.Pharma knowledge to explain the nuances of health insurance, including medication coverage and treatment options.
