Key Responsibilities:
Analyze employee insurance requirements and recommend suitable policy plans (life, health, general insurance).
Explain complex insurance policy terms, conditions, and legal implications to employees clearly and concisely.
Ensure all insurance processes and documentation comply with relevant Indian insurance regulations and company policies.
Assist employees with policy claims, providing legal guidance and support throughout the process.
Develop and deliver presentations on insurance benefits and legal aspects of insurance to employees.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and claims.
Stay updated on changes in insurance laws, regulations, and market trends.
