We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent / Advisor with 1-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM degree to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. As an Insurance Agent / Advisor, you will be instrumental in understanding client needs, offering suitable insurance products, and guiding them through the application and claims process. This role requires excellent communication, sales, and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of the insurance landscape within India.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on potential clients and corporate tie-ups.
Analyze customer financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance policies (life, health, general insurance).
Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and premium details clearly and concisely.
Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
Provide ongoing support to clients, assisting with policy servicing, renewals, and claims processing.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes in the Indian insurance market.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the insurance portfolio.
