Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and organized Insurance Operations Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for individuals looking to apply their operational skills in the dynamic Defence and Aerospace sector, even without a formal graduation degree. You will be responsible for supporting the smooth functioning of our insurance operations, ensuring accuracy, and assisting policyholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage insurance policy applications, renewals, and endorsements accurately.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date policyholder records and databases.
Assist in the processing of claims, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Communicate with policyholders, agents, and internal departments to resolve queries and provide information.
Prepare reports on policy status, claims, and other operational metrics.
Support the insurance team in daily administrative tasks and operational workflows.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
