Insurance Operations Executive

Role Summary: The Insurance Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing various operational aspects of the insurance business, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of policies, claims, and customer service inquiries. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of service delivery and operational excellence within a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process new insurance policy applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.

Handle customer queries and complaints related to policy status, coverage, and billing, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions.

Coordinate with insurance partners (underwriters, claims adjusters) to ensure seamless policy issuance and claim settlement.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all policy-related transactions and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.

Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices.

Monitor operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
