Insurance Operations Executive

Role Summary: The Insurance Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of the company's insurance programs, ensuring compliance, and supporting the efficient administration of insurance-related processes within Biocon. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and manage corporate insurance policies (e.g., property, liability, health, travel) for all Biocon entities.

Liaise with insurance brokers, underwriters, and third-party administrators to ensure smooth policy renewals and claims processing.

Maintain accurate records of all insurance policies, premiums, claims, and related documentation.

Assist in the assessment of insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage levels.

Process insurance claims, gather necessary information, and follow up on claim status.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to insurance in India.

Prepare reports on insurance activities, claims experience, and policy status for management.

Support employee queries related to corporate insurance benefits.
