Insurance Operations Executive

EventGuard Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Operations Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing efficient operational processes for our insurance products, specifically tailored for the events and live entertainment sector. You will work closely with underwriting, claims, and sales teams to ensure smooth and compliant operations. Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and refine operational workflows for policy administration, claims processing, and customer onboarding.
• Ensure operational compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and industry best practices.

• Assist in the development and management of claims handling procedures.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in insurance operations, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles, policy administration, and claims handling.
• Familiarity with the events or live entertainment industry is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in insurance software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
