Insurance Operations Executive Job Opportunity - Financial Services (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Operations Executive with 2-3 years of experience and a B.Pharma background to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of insurance policies and claims, leveraging your pharmaceutical knowledge for enhanced risk assessment and understanding of health-related aspects within our life insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage new insurance policy applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all submitted documentation, including medical reports where relevant.

Handle policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.

Assist in the assessment and processing of life insurance claims, applying your understanding of medical terminology and health conditions to aid in preliminary risk evaluation.

Liaise with internal departments, medical advisors, and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for policy underwriting and claims settlement.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all policy and claims-related activities in the company's systems.

Identify and report any discrepancies or issues, and work towards their resolution.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
