Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Operations Manager with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role is crucial for managing and streamlining insurance-related operations within our facility management services. The ideal candidate will be a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate eager to learn and contribute to the efficient functioning of our insurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the administration and management of insurance policies for various facility management contracts.
Coordinate with internal teams and external insurance providers to ensure timely renewal and compliance of policies.
Process insurance claims, gather necessary documentation, and follow up on claim status.
Maintain accurate records of all insurance policies, claims, and related correspondence.
Support in risk assessment and analysis related to insurance coverage.
Prepare reports on insurance operations, claim statistics, and policy renewals.
Liaise with legal and finance departments on insurance-related matters.
Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and company policies.
