Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Insurance Operations Manager with a B.Des background to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between design thinking and operational excellence within our insurance services. You will be responsible for optimizing operational processes, ensuring efficiency, and enhancing the customer experience through innovative design-led solutions. This position requires a unique blend of analytical skills, operational acumen, and a strong understanding of user-centric design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and redesign existing insurance operational workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction, applying design thinking methodologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, IT, underwriting, claims) to implement design improvements and ensure seamless operational integration.

Develop and maintain operational metrics and performance dashboards, using design principles for clear and actionable insights.

Translate user research and customer feedback into tangible operational improvements and design solutions for insurance products and services.

Manage and oversee the execution of operational projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Identify opportunities for innovation in insurance operations through design-centric approaches.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies within operational processes.
