Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Insurance Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of insurance-related operations within our facility management services division. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in insurance operations, with a strong understanding of policy management, claims processing, and risk assessment within the facility management context. A graduate degree is preferred, but post-graduation is not a mandatory requirement for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all day-to-day insurance operations, including policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations for all managed facilities.
- Process insurance claims efficiently, liaising with insurance providers, third-party administrators, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular reviews of insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers, underwriters, and other external partners.
- Analyze insurance data to identify trends, assess risks, and recommend strategies for cost optimization and risk mitigation.
- Prepare reports on insurance operations, claims status, and risk exposure for senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to insurance and risk management.
