Insurance Operations Manager - Hardware & Networking

TechInsure Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Insurance Operations Manager to oversee our specialized insurance programs for the hardware and networking industry. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our insurance products, managing policy lifecycles, and collaborating with underwriting, claims, and client-facing teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance operations, a keen eye for process improvement, and experience within or a strong affinity for the hardware and networking sector.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the hardware and networking insurance division.
• Oversee policy administration, including issuance, endorsements, and renewals.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with underwriting to ensure smooth product launches and policy updates.
• Liaise with the claims department to ensure efficient claims processing and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor operations staff.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance operations, with a focus on commercial lines.
• Proven experience managing operational processes and driving efficiency.
• Familiarity with the hardware and networking industry is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in insurance software and MS Office Suite.
