Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Operations Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Surat. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Com degree and have a foundational understanding of insurance processes within the import and export industry. This role involves managing and coordinating various insurance-related operations to ensure seamless and compliant cargo movement and risk mitigation for our clients in the trade sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of all aspects of cargo insurance policies, including procurement, claims processing, and renewals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, customs, finance) and external insurance providers to ensure timely and accurate execution of insurance operations.
- Review and process insurance documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
- Monitor insurance premium payments and manage related financial records.
- Support the claims department by gathering necessary documentation and information for claim submissions.
- Conduct basic analysis of insurance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of all insurance-related activities and communications.
- Provide support for ad-hoc insurance-related projects and initiatives.
