Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Insurance Risk Analyst to join our team in India. This role will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating insurance-related risks across our various architectural and interior design projects within the Indian subcontinent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance policies, risk management principles, and the regulatory landscape relevant to the construction and design industries in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze insurance requirements for new and ongoing projects, ensuring adequate coverage for all potential risks.
- Review and interpret insurance policies, contracts, and endorsements to ensure compliance and identify gaps.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies related to insurance claims and potential liabilities.
- Liaise with insurance brokers, underwriters, and legal counsel to negotiate terms and manage relationships.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting insurance in the Indian construction and design sector.
- Assist in the claims management process, including documentation, investigation support, and resolution.
- Prepare regular reports on insurance risk exposure, policy status, and claim activity for senior management.
- Conduct risk assessments and due diligence on third-party contractors and vendors regarding their insurance coverage.
