Insurance Risk Analyst

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Insurance Risk Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, managing, and mitigating insurance-related risks for our railway infrastructure projects and corporate operations. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance policies, risk assessment methodologies, and the specific risk landscape of the Indian railway sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage for all project-related and operational risks.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential insurance gaps and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement strategies for risk mitigation and transfer through appropriate insurance products.
- Monitor the insurance market for emerging risks and new insurance solutions relevant to the railway industry.
- Liaise with insurance brokers, underwriters, and legal counsel on policy renewals, claims, and coverage disputes.
- Prepare detailed reports on insurance risk exposure, claims history, and risk management activities for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate insurance risk management into project planning and execution.
- Manage the claims process, from initial notification to settlement, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
