We are seeking a proactive and analytical Insurance Risk Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and a strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies within the insurance domain. This role is crucial in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating potential risks that could impact our company's financial stability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for insurance products and portfolios, identifying potential exposures and vulnerabilities.
Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies to minimize potential losses.
Analyze historical data and industry trends to forecast potential risks and their impact.
Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and actuarial teams to provide risk insights and recommendations.
Utilize statistical modeling and data analysis tools to quantify risks.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management.
