Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Risk professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. This role involves assessing and mitigating insurance-related risks within our animation and VFX operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the financial stability of the company. This position does not require a formal graduation degree but emphasizes practical experience and a strong understanding of risk management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze insurance policies and coverage to identify gaps and potential exposures relevant to the animation and VFX industry.
Assist in the development and implementation of risk management strategies related to insurance.
Liaise with insurance brokers, underwriters, and claims adjusters to manage ongoing policies and claims.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting insurance requirements for media and entertainment companies.
Conduct internal assessments to ensure adherence to insurance terms and conditions.
Prepare reports and presentations on insurance risk exposure and mitigation plans for management.
Support the claims process by gathering necessary documentation and information.
